Payment will go through PayPal Invoices only. Prices are in USD. I will require clients to cover the 4.4% currency conversion fee.

The prices listed are only the base prices for a standard model/rig. The final total may be higher based on complexity and additional features.

I will not accept chargebacks for any reason.

The client agrees to be of 18 years or older by commissioning me.

Clients must credit me accordingly that is easily accessible (bio and/or about page depending on what SNS you use).

Clients are not allowed to resell any work received.

Clients must have usage rights for their character designs.

Clients are responsible for checking if their own systems are capable of handling the rig and model.

I reserve the right to post and stream my art process unless a secrecy fee is paid.

I reserve the right to have my art be part of my portfolio.

I reserve the right to deny any commission requests.

I reserve the right to withdraw from finishing a commission if the direction of the commission makes me uncomfortable. Depending on the progress made on the art/time spent the client will be either issued partial or no refunds.

I do not allow any of my work to be majorly modified without previous discussion. Any edits within the tracking software (eg. color changes, item placement, light overlays, etc.) are okay.

I do not allow any of my work to be used for NFTs and/or cryptocurrency of any kind, in any circumstance.

Commission will be filled via google form applications.

All submitted forms will be reviewed. I will contact the clients who I will work with. I will announce when my commission slots are filled.

Before I take a commission, there will be a consulting session with the client to discuss and understand the commission's needs. After the consulting session, the client can decide if they would like to move forward with the commission and purchase a time slot in the waitlist.

Time Slots will be based on a First come First serve system. There is a time slot buy-in fee of 10$. There will be 2 rush order slots and 5 normal slots per commission openings.

Clients will be sent their invoice a week before the commission starts, please pay the required amount during or after the week's notice.

If a client wants to pay before the week’s notice, they are free to do so. Please ask me for an invoice if that is desired.

Clients who are not able to pay within the week’s notice will be pushed back and the next client who can/has already paid will be worked on next.

Clients who are unable to meet the payment deadline 2 times are removed from the list.

For Designs: Full Payment upfront is required for work to start.

For Rigging and/or Live2d Art: Half payment upfront is required for work to start, the rest of the payment is due upon completion of the work.

For Rigging only commissions, I will go over the PSD file first with the client before beginning work. If there are additional features that require additional cutting, the cutting price + half up are required before starting work.

Full refunds are allowed if I have not started on any work for those on the normal slots. Otherwise, refunds will not be given if the work process has been started.

Revisions are allowed throughout my design process. Only 3 major design changes are allowed.

Revisions are allowed throughout my rigging process, I will send regular updates and ask for feedback.

Revisions are not allowed throughout my live2d model art process unless there are design/cutting issues.

An extensive amount of revisions or revisions that result in redoing work that is already done will result in additional charges.

Revisions requested 2 weeks after work has been received will result in additional charges.
